IV. For the Prince of Wales.

O Most blessed Jesu, Son of God, who ca∣mest from thy Fathers bosome with my∣riads of blessings to the sons of men; blesse us all by thy especiall care and providence over the body and soul of the most illustrious Prince, CHARLES. Prepare him with plenty of thy grace, and with great abilities to succeed his Royall Father, in the service of thy Majesty, in defending the Catholique Faith, in comfor∣ting thy holy Church, in governing all the people prudently, justly, and religiously, that being partaker of all thy mercies here, in pro∣portion to his necessity and capacity, he may enjoy a fulnesse of thy glory hereafter, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
