The Third Part.
Containing Severall Vses of the former Doctrine of REST.
Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the Temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the City of my God, New Jerusalem, which cometh down out of Heaven from my God, and my New Name, Rev. 3.12.
Wherefore we receiving a Kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear, For our God is a consuming fire, Heb. 12.28, 29.
Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, alwayes abounding in the work of the Lord; forasmuch as you know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord, 1 Cor. 15.58.
If Children, then heirs: heirs of God, and joynt-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also Glorified together; For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time, are not worthy to be com∣pared with the Glory which shall be revealed in us, Rom. 8.17, 18.
