UPhold the man of thy right hand,
the Son of man sustain:
Made strong by thee, for thee to stand,
Lord, make him strong again.

So shall not we go back from thee,
O quicken us for this end:
And faithfull suppliants we shall be
upon thee to attend.

Lord God of Hosts our hearts incline,
