SI quis iurauerit se staturum iudicatis, & definitis in ali∣quo
iudicio, quoniam iuramenta semper ad causas honestas contrahenda sunt, & verisimiliter cogitatas, ideò si eueni∣at, vt sententia, vel mandatum iudicis, & honestatis, & iu∣stitiae limites excedat, licitè qui iurauit inde potest appel∣lare, cum iuramentum ijs casibus non vrgeat. Verum si hoc non accidat, sua ipsius promissione astringitur, vt non ap∣pellet.
