IN the name of the father, ✚ and of the sonne, ✚ & of the holy ghoste. ✚ So be it.

Into thy handes O Lord I do commit my spirit, thou o Lord the God of truth haste re∣demed me. So be it.

By thys sygne of the crosse ✚ let euery wic∣ked thing flee farre a∣waye, and by the same signe, let euerye thinge that is good be saued.
