TAke the legge of an Oxe or Calfe, that is to say from the knee douneward, and take of the skin and the hoofe frō it, and then breake all the rest in pieces, that is to saie the bones, the senewes and the marowe, and distill it, and so washe your face with the water that cometh of it euery morning.
