And when God shall, hym sende the dayBefore preached to vs:Unto you all, which is to sayeThe Lorde and Christ Iesus.
Whiche must haue heauen, vntyl al thyngWhiche he hath spoken playne:By Prophetes syns, the first begynnyngRestored be agayne.
For Moyses to, the fathers saydeThe Lorde rayse vp wyl he:A Prophete, vnto you for aydeMuche lyke euen vnto me.
Hym shal ye heare, and not controuleBut in hys wordes reioyce:The tyme wyl come, that euery souleWhiche wyll not heare hys voyce

The Prophetes all, syns SamuellAnd thence forth hath alwayes:Tolde of the truth, ryght passynge wellAnd eke spake of these dayes.
The Prophets children, all are youThat by the couenaunt came:To our fathers, whiche God dyd vouAnd sayde to Abraham.
In thy sede shall, the kynredes allOn earth be blest in vs:Fyrste vnto you, God dyd vp callHys onelye sonne Iesus.
And hym he hath, sent vnto youEche one of you to blesse:That euery one, of you shoulde nowTourne from hys wickednesse.
