The place in the fifth chapter of the Hebrues quoted in the mar∣gent, speaketh nothing of Idolatrous sacrificers or heathenishe Priestes, but onely by the example of Aaron proueth, that no man ought to intrude himselfe into the office of a Bishop or Priest, except he be called of God. Lord how dare these men thus wring the scrip∣tures? In the 23. of the Prophet Ieremy there is much spokē against false prophets, but not one word (for any thing that I see) to proue that idolatrous sacrificers maye not be admitted to preache the Gospell.
