R Reade with regarde, what here with due regarde,
O Our second Ciceronian Southwell sent,
B By whose perswasiue pithy argument,
E Ech well disposed eie may be preparde,
R Respectiuely their griefe for friends decease
T To moderate without all vaine excesse.
S Sith then the worke is worthie of your view,
O Obtract not him which for your good it pend:
V Vnkinde you are if you it reprehend,
T That for your profit is presented you,
H He pend, I publish this to pleasure all,
E Esteeme of both then as we merite shall:
W Wey his workes woorth, accept of my goodwill,
E Else is his labour lost, mine crost, both to no end:
L Lest then you ill des••rue what both intend,
L Let my goodwill all small defects fulfill:
He here his talent trebled doth present,
I, my poore mite, y••t both with good intent,
Then take them kindly both, as we them ment.
