C. Smith taketh the King of Pamavnkee prisoner 1608

The Countrey wee now call Virginia beginneth at Cape Henry aistant from Roanoack 60 miles, where was Sr. Walter Raleigh's psantation. and because the people differ very little from tem of Powhatan in any thing, I have inserted those figures in this place because of the conveniency.
