NEHEMIAH I. II. O Lord I beseech thee, let now thine eare bee attentive to the prayer of thy servant, and to the prayer of thy ser∣vants who desire to feare thy name: and prosper I pray thee thy servant this day, and grant him mercy in the sight of this Man. - These are thy Servants.
- It is an excellent skill and art in Prayer, to have strong Arguments.
- They desire to feare thy name.
- Those that will prevaile with God in prayer, must look to the bent of their soules for the time to come, and for the present.
- And prosper I pray thee thy servant this day.
- Prosper thy servant this day.
- Prosper now thy Servant.
- And grant him mercy in the sight of this man.
