POLICIE CXCIII. Lawes revived and repeated, when and in what manner they are to be divlged.

WHen you are to establish new Rites and Lawes (though in their owne nature they bee but reductions to for∣mer, and a reviving and awaking of old and wholesome observa∣tions to practise, you will doe well to publish them by Senato∣ry consent, and by this they shall receive lesse scandall and censure, appearing to be the acts of many.
