Question. WHat doest thou beleeue con∣cerning God.

I. There is a 1.1one b 1.2 God c 1.3 creator and d 1.4gouernour of all things, e 1.5 di∣stinguished into the Father, the Sonne, and the holy Ghost.

Q. What doest thou beleeue con∣cerning man: and concerning thine owne selfe.

II. f 1.6All men are wholly cor∣rupted withg 1.7 sinne through h 1.8 A∣dams fal: & so are become i 1.9 slaues of Sathan, and k 1.10 guilty of eternall damnation.

Q. What meanes is there for thee to escape this damnable estate?

III. Iesus Christ l 1.11 the eternall sonne of God, being made man, by his m 1.12 death vpon the Crosse, and by his n 1.13 righteousnes, hath perfectly o 1.14 alone by himselfe, ac∣complished all things that are needefull for the saluation p 1.15 of mankinde.

Q. But how mayest thou be made partaker of Christ & his benefites.

IIII. A man q 1.16 of a contrite and humble spirit r 1.17 by faith alone, s 1.18 ap∣prehending and applying Christ with all his merits vnto himself, is iustified t 1.19 before God and sanc∣tified.

Q. What are the ordinary meanes for the obtaining of faith.

V. Faith u 1.20 commeth onelie by the preaching of the word, and increaseth daylie by it, as also x 1.21by the administration of the Sacra∣ments, andy 1.22 praier.

Q. What is the estate of all men after death?

VI. All men a 1.23shall rise againe with their own bodies to the last b 1.24iudgement, which being ended c 1.25the godly d 1.26 shal possesse the king∣dome of Heauen: but vnbelee∣uers and reprobates shal be e 1.27 in hel tormented with the diuel and his Angels, for euer.
