In time of anie common plague or sicknesse.

ALmightie God, which in thy wrath, in the time of King Dauid, diddest slea with the plague of pestilence threescore and tenne thousand; and yet remembring thy mer∣cie, didst saue the rest; haue pitie vpon vs Page  482 miserable sinners, that now are visited with great sicknesse and mortalitie: that like as thou didst then command thine Angel to cease from punishing, so it may now please thee to withdrawe from vs this plague and greeuous sicknesse, through Iesus Christ our Lord,
