O Emanuel, my Lord and my GOD Iesus Christ, sonne of the pure virgin Marie: thou art not onelie the sweete spouse of my soule; but with God the Father a most meeke Me∣diatour, full of mercie and truth. Wash awaie my sinnes with the most pretious bloud of thy holie passi∣on: make me rich in thy mercie, and my faith so strong in thee, that assisted with thy grace and holie spirit, to all duties and works in this life towards thee, I may enioie afterwards the glorie of thy blessed kingdome, with thy holie Saints and pure Uirgins in euerla∣sting honour and triumph,
