O Lord I am a sinner, and sorie for mine offen∣ces: I can not make satisfaction for my de∣faults. If I haue anie good thing, it com∣meth of thee. The most acceptable sacrifice to thee is a contrite and humble hart. O God let mee not be oppressed with the waues of sinne, let mee not sinke into the whirlepoole and gulph of despaire.
