the hippes of a cony, or of a catte, with virgin waxe, and shéepes tallow, so beate them in a morter, and then tem∣per them at the fire, with a litle clarified hony, and so make it vppe in small balles, and therewith yée may baite your hooke according to the quantity, and this is a good baite for all manner of fishe, that vseth the freshe waters.
