BE not gredy in euery eating
and be not to hasty vpon al
meates. For exces of meats
bringeth sicknes, & glo••o••y
cōmeth at the last to an vn∣measurable
heate. Thorow surfet haue
many one peryshed, but he that dyeteth
him selfe tēperatly, prolongeth his life.

surfetyng and dronkennes.
