THe medicament Repercussiue called by the Latins Repercutients or Repellens is that which by the colde qualitie putteth back the humor,* 1.1 or else by the astric∣ion corroborateth the part or by one or both letteth the fluxion of humors▪* 1.2 of the which there are two viz. simples and composed.
