The prerogatiue belonging to God in the Old Testament, was transferred to Christ,* 1.1 God and Man, the Law-giuer in the New-Testament, one that was faithfull in all the house of God. But so it is, that Christ neither by his owne comman∣dement, nor by direction of his Spirit, inspiring the Apo∣stles, instituted any other day, but the Lords Day, &c.
