¶ These. iii. verbes Desino desinis. Cesso cessa. and Desisto desistis haue all one englysshe. anglyce / to le∣ue / cesse / or let be.
But desino desinis wyl haue after hym a genytyf or an ablatyf case with a preposicyon of the thȳge that we bydde to be lefte / as leue thy playenge. Desine lu di. vel a ludo.
Cesso cessas wyll haue an accusatyf case / or els an ab latyf with a preposicyon indifferently / as Cease thy vengeaunce. Cessa vindictā tuā. vel a vindicta tua.
Desisto desistis wyll haue an ablatyf case wt a p̄posi∣cyon onely / as Excepte you leue your malyce I wyll slee you. Nisi desistas a malicia: interficiā vos.
