A Liniment of Swallowes for all manner of aches and straines.
Rec. Hirundines xxiiij. fragariae with his* 1.1strings m.ij. rosmarini, fol. violariae, lauen∣dulae albae, spicae lauendulae, absynthij, ana. m.j. Stampe all these herbes and Swal∣lowes together till they be as one, put them into an earthen pot, and let them stand nine daies couered: then put vnto them butyri maialis lib. iiij. or lib.v. (set the herbes in the heate of the Sunne and neuer washed) boyle them very gently two houres toge∣ther, then let them stand from the fire two or three daies: after set it ouer the fire a∣gaine vntill it be readie to seeth, then straine it through a faire linnen cloath with great force.
