Euery man, and his workes, are eyther good or euyll.

Euery Tree and the fruite thereof, are eyther good or euyll: Either make ye the tree good, and the fruite good also: or els make the tree euyll, and the fruite of it likewise euyll. Math. 12.

A good man is knowen by his workes: for, a good man doth good workes, and an euyll man doth euyll workes: Ye shall know them by their fruite. For a good tree beareth good fruite, and an euyll tree euyll fruite. A man is likoned to the tree, and his workes to the fruite of the tree.

Beware of the false Prophets, which come to you in Sheepes clothing, but inwardly they are rauenyng Woolues: ye shal know them by their fruites. Math. 7.
