¶Preterea notandum quod duo prima es∣sonia possunt esse de infirmitate veniendi
et tertium de reseantisa quod si sle euenerit mittetur ad videndum vtrum sit languor an non. Si autem duo prima essonia fuerint de teseantisa et tertium de infirmitate veniendi: confiderabitur tanquā omnia essent de infir mitate veniendi, quia secundū naturā vltimi essonu femper est iudieandum.
