TOVCHING the Assistaunce two shall continue in their office the seconde yere, so y^• euery yere they shall make but two newe in the place of those two which haue serued two yere, neuertheles the last electiō shalbe by the two hundred, withoute comming to the people: and the same daye the lieutenant w^t his foure adiu∣tors (as well y^e auncients which were of y^e yere past as y^e newe elected) shall come into y^e towne house to be sworne before the Sendicques & the councel, and to be put in possession.
