ITem that whatsoeuer complainte shal come, eche one of y^• Sendicques hath full power to cōmaunde those to whom it apperteneth to be exami∣ned, and to examine them, and to im∣prison them if nede shalbe.

Item that al dissolutions, arrogan∣sye, insolences, dronkennes, and such other lyke, euery one hath power to imprisō such, and after make reporte to y^e counsel, but he hath no power to delyuer the prisonner before he hath made reporte.
