ITem that this shalbe a yerely office for as muche as it shalbe lawefull to continue him which hath serued Page  [unnumbered] if it shall seme good, & namely it shal∣be most expedient yf he be a mā meete and one that serueth in his office di∣ligently, moreouer the maner of his electyon shalbe lyke vnto the laste aboue sayde.

Item being chosen he shalbe sworne betwene the handes of the Seniorye as foloweth.
