AFterward the same Pope confirmed the first rule v••uae vocis ora∣culo with his owne mouth, formerly approued by the sayd Po∣pe Gregory the ninth his predecessour, and by the Cardinall of Hostia Protectour, who by commission receaued from his holinesse had approued the same, in such sort that this first rule was renewed into for∣ce. This Pope Innocent afterward confirmed it by his bull in the citty of Assisium, the eight of August, the second yeare of his Papacie.
