body of the Association. The
Board meets bimonthly.
An 11-member Executive Committee meets and acts for the
Board in those months in which
the Board does not meet. The
Executive Committee consists of
the Chairman of the Board,
Chairman-Elect, immediate past
Chairman, President, and Treasurer of the Association, and six
other Board members.
