Deposition of Deborah Miller
157 1 helped us to put the washing machine and refrigerator on the 2 truck, which we had in my mom and dad's garage. Bill just 3 stood there. He didn't help. So after we got everything sp4 loaded, we got into the truck and he drove it over to the 5 new house. It was nighttime when we got there. 6 Q So that was in the evening on Saturday? 7 A Yeah, he just was not feeling up to helping 8 unload the truck. He went, as soon as we unlocked the 9 house, he went straight to the powder room into the 10 master bedroom and sat on the bathroom floor. 11 My sister and I unloaded the truck. He came 12 out. He wanted to help, but he just could not do it. He 13 was just too weak to help. He said every time he lifted 14 his head up, it felt like it was going to split wide open. 15 My sister and I struggled with the brand-new 16 refrigerator taking it up the steps and putting it in. We 17 left some stuff on the truck. My sister and I just could 18 not handle any more, so we drove back to my mom's to pick 19 the kids up. So Bill asked if he could lay across my 20 mom's bed for a while, if we wanted to eat something, fine, 21 21 then get the kids together.
