60 1 first boosting, in the sense that after the boosting 2 we developed very good T-Cell responses after the 3 first gp-160 boost, and also these are stimulation 4 index in the 300-400 range; and this is to inactivated 5 HIV. 6 This is inactivated whole virus. If I put 7 up gp-160, all these numbers would double. So these 8 are impressive immune responses. These are Delta 9 CPMs. You hear of 80,000. And they do persist -- the 10 T-Cell responses -- for a decent period of time. In 11 fact, this is one year between this bar and this bar. 12 Then when we boost people again, we can 13 boost them up again. Hence, their T-Cell responses 14 appear to be pretty good with boosting and sustained 15 in seronegatives. Next slide. 16 The antibody responses were much more 17 transient. This is the antibody response that 18 occurred after the first boost. That wanes one year 19 later. You can say, just follow the yellow bars here 20 -- wanes one year later. 21 We boost them again.
