4 If you look at a tabular representation of
5 the responses overall in the next slide, what you
6 observe is that there were no new immune responses
7 developed in Hepatitis B vaccine recipients, but with
8 increasing doses of the gp-160 vaccine immune
9 responses were seen with increasing frequency.
10 Therefore, there's a dose response seen in
11 the development of antibodies to new determinants that
12 was not present in the development of new
13 proliferative responses.
14 The next slide, please -- illustrates data
15 on the development of cytotoxic lymphocytes, data
16 accumulated by Dr. Kundu at Stanford. Here, if the
17 slide could be lowered, this is our CD4 and CD8
18 cytotoxic lymphocytes -- It's okay, leave it. -- CD4
19 and CD8 cytotoxic lymphocytes versus envelope
20 expressing autologous targets, and this is pre21 immunization, and that's post-immunization, and these
22 are the different doses of immunogen the subjects
