1 that we're not going to have data from that as quickly
2 as we might like.
3 Going to the O/I endpoint, which, again,
4 I think is -- or not O/I endpoint, but clinical
5 endpoint in AIDS is very difficult and not like
6 whether someone has a heart attack or not. It's a
7 different issue.
8 And it's not like we're waiting for this
9 new miracle protease inhibitor that's going to screw
10 up the trial. From an access standpoint, the miracle
11 drugs exist already.
12 I take fluconisol prophylactically. It's
13 a very expensive drug. My HMO hates paying for it,
14 and I have to fight with them all of the time to get
15 it. And I have insurance.
16 If you don't have insurance -- the State
17 of California just cut its AIDS program budget. So
18 fluconisol, which used to be available on the AIDS
19 program, will no longer be available for prophylactic
20 use.
21 These aren't poor people in ghettos that
22 aren't going to be able to get this drug. I mean,
