13 The problem you're going to run into, not all
14 therapies are equivalent. It isn't only the
15 introduction of new drugs, which all of us hope will
16 happen. It's availability and access to certain
17 drugs. It's whether people are using combinations of
18 drugs.
19 All of those things could lead to serious
20 difficulties of interpretation, particularly if
21 there's a temporal drift. If knowledge changes or if
22 there is not an even dissemination of knowledge, you
