3 answers to many of the problems that we need regarding
4 the AIDS epidemic.
5 I want us to consider the implications of
6 not moving rapidly enough and the implications of
7 providing nothing to people who are seropositive.
8 CO-CHAIRMAN CARPENTER: Thank you very
9 much, Dr. Strickland. Again, you are emphasizing
10 what's becoming a common theme, "Don't let the best
11 hold back the good," which Dr. Bolognesi said earlier,
12 I think.
