112 1 HIV, the lack of, really, a truly effective therapy, 2 given the continued problem with access to therapies 3 by large groups of populations of HIV-infected 4 individuals, should we put on the table and seriously 5 consider that although the traditional scientific 6 paradigm would not tell us to go ahead, but would say, 7 "Wait," that perhaps we should consider in Dr. Healy's 8 fourth point, mainly: Is it time to look at a larger 9 trial, not with just one product, but with multiple 10 products so that we know: A) which one is better; and 11 B), in fact, would they be effective and at the same 12 time providing access to therapy for large numbers of 13 individuals who have either tried and failed therapy, 14 who may not have access to therapy, who might not want 15 to go on the traditional therapy? 16 So I just throw that up as a -- 17 DR. ROGERS: Tony, that was too easy for 18 my question.
