Dear Sir:
As I mentioned in my previous correspondence and the note from
Professor Daniel Zagury dated June 21, 1991, please find enclosed
the final comments from my client in response to your request dated
May 31, 1991.
As a lawyer, I would like to call your attention to the
eminently libellous character of some of the allegations contained
in the documents that you sent my client.
I would also like to remind you that the French law, and in
particular article 373 of the Penal Code, curbs any denunciation
made to an Authority empowered to take administrative or legal
sanction against the denounced individual.
Also, the communication of these documents to the press
exposes its author to proceedings for complicity of defamation, in
particular.
