Purpose: Report of the inquiry on the clinical investigations
performed at SAINT ANTOINE Hospital on virus infection by HIV.
The General Inspection and Internal Audit carried out an
inquiry on the clinical investigations performed on the virus
infection by HIV at SAINT ANTOINE Hospital, following the request
for information from Mr. DURIEUX, State Minister of Health.
This inquiry led to the conclusion that the ethical
recommendations and French legislation were followed during these
experimental protocols.
The present report is sent to Mr. DURIEUX by the Director
General on March 25, 1991.
