Finally I would be most grateful if you could make it clear in the final report that I did not violate any HHS guidelines, since the expressed polypeptide materials that I sent were never used in human subjects and there was no HIV-positive sera from any individuals received or tested in my Laboratory in collaboration with Dr. Zagury in this Vaccine Task Force project, and consequently no ICRS approval was required.
