Finally I would be most grateful if you could make it clear in the
final report that I did not violate any HHS guidelines, since the
expressed polypeptide materials that I sent were never used in
human subjects and there was no HIV-positive sera from any
individuals received or tested in my Laboratory in collaboration
with Dr. Zagury in this Vaccine Task Force project, and
consequently no ICRS approval was required. Thank you for your
consideration with this matter.
