The purpose of this Agouron Pharmaceuticals sponsored study is to find the safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetics of Viracept administered in combination wih d4T and 3TC in HIV positive women with CD4 count <= 400 through evaluation of virologic, immunologic, and clinical indicators of HIV disease progression.
