From the time of Dr. Stiehm's initial talks with 11 Dr. Allain to the present, Dr. Stiehm devoted his time to 12 researching and coordinating the development of the Protocol. 13 Dr. Stiehm sacrificed, at great cost to his career, opportunities 14 to research and-develop other studies. 15 27.
