5 Jurisdiction and Venue
6 1. Plaintiff E. Richard Stiehm, M.D., ("Dr. Stiehm")
7 is and was, at all times mentioned herein, a citizen of the State
8 of California. Dr. Stiehm is, and at all times herein mentioned
9 was, a professor of pediatrics at the UCLA School of Medicine,
10 Department of Pediatrics, Division of Pediatric Allergy &
11 Immunology, with an office located at the Marion Davies
12 Children's Center, 10833 Le Conte Avenue, Los Angeles, California
13 90024.
14 2. Plaintiff Kenneth McIntosh, M.D., ("Dr. McIntosh")
15 is and was, at all times mentioned herein, a citizen of the State
16 of Massachusetts. Dr. McIntosh is, and at all times herein
17 mentioned was, a virologist at the Department of Infectious
18 Diseases at the Children's Hospital, with an office located at
19 300 Longwood Avenue, Enders 616, Boston, Massachusetts 02115.
20 3. Plaintiff John Lambert, M.D., ("Dr. Lambert") is
21 and was, at all times mentioned herein, a citizen of the State of
22 New York. Dr. Lambert is, and at all times herein mentioned was,
23 the Medical Director of the Pediatric HIV Program at the
24 University of Rochester Medical Center, Department of Medicine
25 and Pediatrics, Division of Infectious Diseases, with an office

26 located at 601 Elmwood Avenue, Box 689, Rochester, New York
27 14642.
