This is a time to make condom art pins using condoms with clear-backed packaging, so that the condom itself is visible, breaking down the mystery of condoms. In every high HIV prevalence rural district of Africa, only a minority of patients access ART yet thousands of people need ART today. To quickly increase access, a priority is to decentralize ART delivery at peripheral points of care. MSF wishes to share with participants the experience of decentralizing ART and to highlight advantages and obstacles of approaches that make PLWAs themselves the cornerstone of ART delivery.
