Since the advent of HAART, scientific literacy is more important than ever. This session will outline the process of creating a comprehensive and successful HIV science literacy program. It will examine different models from different regions of the world. It will look at the full spectrum of raising scientific literacy among vulnerable populations from interview/selection process, the training curriculum, application of knowledge, evaluation and continued education.
