Participants will leave the workshop with experiences of quality improvement strategies that they can adapt to their work area. Facilitators: Savy Bou, Cambodia Nith Sopha, Cambodia Kun Reth, Cambodia This workshop aims at providing practical input to equip business coalitions, as well as other relevant partners, with skills to advocate for and to advise on the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of HIV/AIDS workplace programmes. Through presentations and discussions, state-of-the-art knowledge will be transferred on how to measure the impact of HIV on the private sector, how to convince companies to implement HIV/AIDS workplace programmes as well as how to monitor, prove and communicate successes of workplace programmes. The workshop will contribute to advancing the quality HIV/AIDS workplace programmes and to enhancing the sustainability of structures needed to strengthen private sector engagement in national HIV/AIDS efforts. Relationships and sex should not only be about problems because of their status, but also about fun, love and learning. This workshop can be a life tool on how to work out personal issues concerning this theme.
