KC 4 sessions will highlight the critical role of effective
leadership in the response to AIDS, including promotion
of accountability for commitments made in the UNGASS
Declaration of Commitment and support for harm reduction
programmes. Panelists and delegates will explore the
challenges of and opportunities for engaging a diverse range
of leaders in responding to HIV/AIDS and share different
approaches to developing existing and emerging leaders.
