This first program was followed by programs in Morocco, Russia, Malaysia, Ethiopia, Thailand, and India. During the years 2000-2002, courses are already panned in Latin America (Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Venezuela, Mexico, Peru), Eastern Europe (Russia, Poland, Ukraine, Rumania), Africa (Republic of South Africa, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Ethiopia, Senegal, Ivory Coast), Bangladesh, Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia, India, and China.
