done our best to schedule as many buses as
possible.We also urge you to familiarise yourself
with the local transit system to assure your
access to the optional events and activities you
wish to attend.
The Conference Shuttle Bus system is organised
into 15 routes.The following Shuttle Bus
Schedules allow you to determine when your
Shuttle Bus will depart the Conference sites
and your hotel.
To determine the route on which your hotel
has been placed, check the hotel listings following
the Shuttle Bus Schedules, (beginning on page 35).
Each hotel is marked with a route number or
a symbol suggesting the best means to get to the
Conference. Note that the buses may pick-up
and drop-off at a hotel near yours.To determine
where to board your bus near your hotel, turn
to page 34 to view pick-up/drop-off points.
Staff at each Conference hotel have been fully
briefed about the shuttle system; please ask
them where to board your bus. If your hotel is
not listed, please ask your hotel staff about
transportation options.
To determine where to board your shuttle bus at
Conference venues, please look for signs indicating
your route number as you leave the buildings.
