Timeline to follow if you......plan to submit an abstract:
2 March 1992 Final date for submission of Abstract. Submit original Abstract Form with ten (10) copies, and
original Abstract Information Form with
one (1) copy. Follow registration instructions below. Please note that registration
fee must be submitted with the abstract
in order for the abstract to be considered, except in the case of presenting authors from countries with currency restrictions or presenting authors applying
for reduced rate, scholarship, or sponsorship programs....plan to attend the Conference:
2 March 1992 Final date for registration at Advance Registration rate of 940

Dutch Guilders. Completed Conference
Registration Forms must be received by
this date, addressed to CONGREX Holland BV at the address listed on this page.
2 March 1992 Final date for registration cancellation at no fee. Cancellation
between this date and 1 June 1992 will
incur a fee of 190 Dutch Guilders.
15 May 1992 Final date for guaranteed
registration and hotel accommodations.
Submit completed Conference Registration Form to CONGREX Holland BV at
the address listed on this page, and completed Hotel Accommodation Request
Forms to the RAI Hotel Service at the address listed on this page. All registration
and hotel accommodation requests after
this date will be handled on a space-available basis.

1 June 1992 No refunds will be given
for registration cancellations after this
date. Final date for change of hotel reservations through the RAI Hotel Service.
No refunds of the hotel deposit will be
given after this date....plan to apply for scholarships
or sponsorships:
2 March 1992 Final date for applications for all scholarships and sponsorships including: PHIV Scholarships,
AIDS/STD Professional Scholarships, and
Developing Country Sponsorships. Completed Conference Registration Forms
with the appropriate box checked must
be received by this date by the Dutch
Foundation at the address on this page.
