Form. Requests for hotel accommodations will be processed in order of receipt, so we recommend that you mail
your Hotel Accommodation Request
Form early to obtain your preferred accommodation and rates. Please note that
RAI reserves the right to book a different
hotel or category in the next available
hotel or category if your requested hotel
or category is fully booked.
Upon receipt of your completed Hotel
Accommodation Request Form and deposit payment, RAI Hotel Service will
send by airmail a voucher confirming
your accommodation. The voucher will
represent the amount of your deposit,
minus a bank charge of 25 Dutch Guilders per transfer for any bank transfers.
This deposit will be deducted from your
final hotel bill upon presentation of the
voucher to the hotel cashier.

number, and expiration date. Acceptable
credit cards include VISA, American Express, and Mastercard/Eurocard/Accesscard. No charges will be applied to your
credit card until you check into your hotel. If you cancel your room, charges will
be applied to your credit card. See "Room

Advance room deposits can be made by
bank check or bank transfer.
To make the deposit by bank check, check
the appropriate box in the Mandatory
Hotel Deposit section of the Hotel Accommodation Request Form and enclose
a bank check made payable to RAI Hotel
Service. Please note that personal and
company checks will not be accepted.
To make your deposit by bank transfer,
remit the fee in Dutch Guilders to bank
account number 54.96.42.528, c/o RAI
Hotel Service, ABN/AMRO Bank,
Amsterdam, the Netherlands, reference
AD 92. Make sure that your name is included with the transmission.
All individuals will be responsible for their
own room and incidental charges and
taxes. Upon check-in, hotels may take an
imprint of your credit card to guarantee
final payment of all charges incurred during your stay.
Room Cancellation
Notification of cancellation or change in
your reservation should be sent in writing
to RAI Hotel Service. Please do not contact hotels directly.
In case of cancellations prior to 1 June
1992, administrative costs of 50 Dutch
Guilders per room will be charged. In the
case of cancellations received after 1 June
1992, the hotel deposit will not be refunded. In such a case, if you used your
credit card to guarantee your room, this
charge will automatically be billed to your
credit card; if you paid the deposit by
